This immersive full-day Equus Coaching workshop is designed for individuals, couples, or friends who want to understand how they communicate and what gets in the way. Rather than focusing only on skills or strategies, the day helps you identify the hidden barriers that shape your communication, including assumptions, emotional triggers, boundaries, and nervous system responses.
 
Set on the California coastline, the workshop weaves together Equus Coaching, somatic awareness, and reflective practices to bring clarity to the patterns you may not realise you’re carrying into relationships. Through guided, ground-based activities with horses, communication dynamics become visible in real time, highlighting where messages become distorted, where energy shifts, and where connection breaks down.
 
Horses respond instantly to intention, congruence, pressure, and boundaries. Their calm, non-judgmental feedback offers a clear and embodied understanding of how you show up, allowing insight to land beyond words. You will leave with a deeper awareness of your personal communication barriers and practical ways to communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional presence. No horse experience is required.
