UK-Certified, Trauma-Informed Support
Integrative online therapy worldwide via secure video session
My work goes beyond simply talking about what has happened. This is an integrative approach to therapy, combining Parts Work, relational awareness, and a focus on patterns and process. Together, we explore how you respond, protect yourself, and move through the world, especially during times of stress, transition, or emotional overwhelm.
Often, how we do one thing is how we do many things. Therapy becomes a space to gently notice these patterns in real time and understand what is happening beneath the surface.

How does therapy work?
Therapy is not just about talking through what has happened. Together, we explore how you respond, how you protect yourself, and the patterns that shape your inner world and relationships.
Often, how you do one thing is how you do many things. Therapy becomes a place to slow this process down and understand what is happening beneath the surface.
Sessions support you to:
-
Understand emotional and nervous system responses
-
Notice patterns across relationships, work, and daily life
-
Build regulation, awareness, and choice
-
Develop healthier ways of relating to yourself and others
Parts-work and integrative therapy
At the core of my work is Parts Work, an integrative therapeutic approach that recognises we are made up of different parts or aspects of self. Each part has developed to keep you safe in some way.
You may notice:
-
A driven or high-achieving part
-
A self-critical or people-pleasing part
-
A part that shuts down or disconnects
-
Younger, more vulnerable parts linked to attachment or past experiences
These parts are not problems to be fixed. They are adaptive responses. Therapy helps you understand these internal dynamics with clarity and compassion, allowing you to respond rather than react.
The therapeutic relationship
The relationship itself is a vital part of the work. As a UK-trained and registered therapist, I work relationally and ethically, offering a consistent, respectful, and attuned space.
For many people, this becomes a reparative experience, supporting emotional safety, trust, and new ways of relating both internally and externally.
